2. Services Provided
We offer a range of electrical services including installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection and testing. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the quote or contract agreed upon by both parties.
3. Quotations and Estimates
All quotations and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Any acceptance of a quote or estimate must be made in writing. We reserve the right to revise quotations or estimates in case of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Scheduling and Access
We will schedule the work at a mutually convenient time. You agree to provide access to the site and ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards. Delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or invoice. Typically, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before commencement of work, with the remaining balance payable upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges as per the statutory rate.
6. Changes to Scope of Work
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Additional costs resulting from changes will be billed accordingly.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the our competent persons scheme, the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting.
